Sub: Prayer for a testimonial

Dear Sir,

I beg most respectfully to stat that I had been a student in your school for six years. I passed the S.S.C examination in 2015 from your school bearing Roll No-1109 in science group under the Dhaka board. I was placed in a Golden Grade. I beg to remaind that I was the sometimes editor of the school magazine.
I beg to mention that I never took a part in any activity which was harmful of the state and school discipline. Now I intend to get myself to admitted Dhaka University. For this reason, I required a testimonial from you to submit the varsity authority. 

I would therefore pray and hope that you would be kind enough to issue me a testimonial referring to my charterer, academic records and other activities during my stay in your renowned school.
